Mr. Dalal, is an Architect, with 40 years of experience in designing specialty structures like tissue culture laboratories, seed processing plants, clean environment structures, eye hospitals, schools, colleges, senior living communities a across 26 cities, of India, ably aided with a staff of 80.
Mr. Dalal, has been additionally through since 2002, concentrating on developing Senior Citizen Communes across the country.
His company’s domain expertise is in creating Senior Communes from Concept to Commissioning to Operations. They are the only consultants in India offering these holistic services for the Senior Living Industry.
He has to his credit `Total Quality Assurance System (During Construction)’, a manual, documenting Quality Audit Control, for all aspects of construction.

He is also the founder and chairman emeritus of ASLI (Association of Senior Living India), the first and only national professional trade association formed to represent senior living and care providers in India and to protect the interest of seniors.
The acronym ASLI coined by him, meaning REAL, echoes the need for real and committed players in this nascent industry. Most of the Pan India players of this industry are members of this association. He has authored a code of practice, with self regulation and best practices for the industry and also drafted model bye laws for this sector 80% of all senior living and care providers of India are members of ASLI.

One of the first aspiration and mission, when Mr. Dalal founded the Association of Senior Living India (ASLI), was to create Standards and Accreditations for the Senior Living Industry of India.

Chairing the second Senior Living Conclave in Delhi on 1st October, 2020 and signing the knowledge share agreement with CommonAge and instituting the first Founders Excellence Award.
Mr. MHDalal was invited to be a speaker at the Commonwealth Elders Forum National Care Forum Annual Conference. A conference jointly held by CommonAge and the National Care Forum. He was chosen to speak on the senior living and care industry in India.
THE NEST, a project by OASIS SENIOR LIVING, has been shortlisted in the finals for the Facility of the year 2016 in the Independent Living category, for the 4th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards, Held in conjunction with the 7th Ageing Asia Innovation Forum.
Mr. Dalal was the Chairman for the annual 2 day International Conference of Senior Living, wherein delegates from 4 countries participated.
