o A special set of companion documents of 709 pages, has also been developed to support organisations’ fill gaps in their documentation to achieve and exceed the standards.

Dame Carol Black, the Secretary General’s Special Envoy on Ageing Well, released a report titled “Ageing Well in the Commonwealth – A Roadmap for Healthy Ageing Across the Life Course: 2024–2030.”
“This roadmap built on the great work of the World Health Organization (WHO), the National Academy of Medicine (NAM), and, in particular, CommonAge, which led the way as advocates
for ensuring that older people in the Commonwealth were fully recognized in society and supported to live well in age-friendly communities.”

A virtual presentation was delivered on behalf of CommonAge titled: “Cross-Culture Learning: Formulating Standards for the Senior Living and Care Industry of India.” - 2023 – Came together to ‘Care about our Future’ at the Global Ageing Conference 2023Our 10th Anniversary celebrations at the Global Ageing Network’s biennial conference, held on the 7th and 8th of September 2023, were a huge success.
The conference, which was held in Glasgow, Scotland, was attended by about 30 CommonAge delegates from across the Commonwealth. They were joined by over 650 of their colleagues from nearly 50 countries. All items of construction were categorised under pre/during and post execution of that Partuclar item, which was dove tailed with the bureau of Indian standards of that item into a check list format, so that when a site engineer would check box the lisy, the items either in pre/ during or post stage of execution would compliant to the Indian Standards.
