  • Conceptualized and chartered ASLI – the association as India’s premier professional trade association to represent the interests of business and consumers. Chartered a road map for professionally positioning, managing and running the organization and setting up of the ASLI Secretariat.
  • Moved the category to an organized sector and being recognized as one. A very challenging role
  • Created a guide to membership and setting criteria for selection and a road map for the association to include leadership planning and management committee and continuity

o A special set of companion documents of 709 pages, has also been developed to support organisations’ fill gaps in their documentation to achieve and exceed the standards.

Founder & Chairman – Interact Project Management Consultant Pvt Ltd.( 1995-2011)

  • Quality audit and certification, quality assurance system. Authored a 400 page document outlining quality during construction. All items of construction were categorised under pre/during and post execution of that Partuclar item, which was dove tailed with the bureau of Indian standards of that item into a check list format, so that when a site engineer would check box the lisy, the items either in pre/ during or post stage of execution would compliant to the Indian Standards.

In April 2016, THE NEST, of Bhopal, a project of OASIS Senior Living LLP, was shortlisted in the finals for the Facility of the year, Independent Living category. There were 5 finalists; the others were from Hong Kong, New Zealand, Philippines and Malaysia.
